Aurelion Secures US$2 Million Investment from Antalpha to Enhance Digital Gold Initiative

Aurelion Secures US$2 Million Investment from Antalpha

Aurelion Inc. (NASDAQ: AURE), an innovative player in the digital gold infrastructure sector, has recently announced a significant follow-on investment amounting to US$2 million from Antalpha Platform Holding Company (NASDAQ: ANTA). This commitment from Antalpha, which serves as both Aurelion's controlling shareholder and strategic investor, marks a vital step in supporting the company's digital gold strategy and enhancing its technology ecosystem.

The agreement enables Antalpha’s subsidiary to acquire approximately 952,381 newly issued Class B ordinary shares of Aurelion for US$2.10 each. The funds raised from this investment will primarily assist in meeting the working capital and operational costs necessary for advancing Aurelion's strategic initiatives. This investment underscores Antalpha's confidence in Aurelion as it continues to refine its offerings in the realm of tokenized gold.

Antalpha currently holds 31.7% of Aurelion's ordinary shares and enjoys a significant voting power of approximately 77.5%. Post-investment, their ownership is expected to increase to 33.4%, enhancing their voting rights to about 78.8%, which reflects their sustained commitment to Aurelion's growth agenda.

This new funding follows Aurelion's prior financing success, where the company secured around US$150 million in October 2025. This previous round included a noteworthy US$100 million private investment in public equity (PIPE) led by Antalpha and a US$50 million senior debt facility, which helped launch Aurelion's Tether Gold (XAU₮) treasury strategy. The acquisition of approximately US$134 million in XAU₮ has set a remarkable trajectory for the company toward establishing a digital gold-centric business model.

As Aurelion progresses, the firm remains committed to developing robust risk management capabilities and advancing its technology infrastructure centered around tokenized gold. The objective is to combine the distinct features of physical gold with the transformative capabilities of blockchain technology. This integration is anticipated to foster new applications and encourage broader opportunities within the digital asset ecosystem.

The subscription agreement for this latest investment is set to close swiftly, pending customary closing conditions with a long-stop date established for December 21, 2026. Aurelion's CEO, Frank Zheng, expressed gratitude for Antalpha's continued support, emphasizing the financial flexibility this investment affords as the company navigates its next developmental phase.

Paul Liang, CFO of Antalpha, also highlighted the strategic alignment between the two firms, reiterating Antalpha's commitment to enhancing Aurelion's strategy and recognizing the lasting potential of tokenized gold as an asset class. The collaboration aims to drive practical and institutional applications for tokenized gold, ensuring a disciplined approach to execution that promotes long-term shareholder value.

For years, Aurelion has been steadfast in establishing a digital gold risk and technology infrastructure underpinned by XAU₮, which is secured by physical LBMA bars. The ongoing evolution of Aurelion’s treasury strategy seeks to optimize the management of its digital gold assets while facilitating risk management and technical support for specific tokenized initiatives. By prioritizing technology-driven solutions, Aurelion aspires to play a key role in the responsible progression and wider acceptance of digital gold and tokenized asset solutions.

As the market environment continues to evolve, Aurelion is poised to leverage its strategic investments and partnerships to reinforce its position in the digital gold space, further developing its operations and capitalizing on emerging trends in the digital asset sector.
