This café, operated by Oizumi Factory Co., is renowned for its dedication to plant-based offerings. The newly launched drinks showcase the sweet and fragrant essence of cherry blossoms through traditional fermentation methods, all without sugar, preservatives, colorants, or flavors added.

The star of the spring lineup is the "Blooming Berry w/Matcha Smoothie" priced at ¥1,080. This elegant drink features a stunning gradient of pink, green, and white, symbolizing a Sakura mochi. Combining the bitterness of matcha sourced from the mountainous tea fields of Shizuoka with the refreshing tartness of organic strawberries, this drink evolves in flavor as you sip. Topped with a luscious sweetened soy foam and garnished with salted cherry blossoms, it's a delightful way to welcome spring.
Also, the "Blooming Amazake Latte" is available for ¥840. This creamy beverage presents a gentle sweetness derived from the fermented cherry blossom amazake, layered with airy soy foam. Each sip reveals a harmonious blend of flavors, culminating in a subtle salty finish from the salted cherry blossoms, beautifully capturing the essence of spring. Included in the set are a basket, picnic sheet, stainless steel tray, hand towels, and cutlery, allowing patrons to enjoy the sights and sounds of spring with ease, all for ¥3,000.

Patrons can choose from a half-sized signature tuna sandwich or a fermented teriyaki tempeh sandwich, coupled with a colorful half-sized fermented thousand island salad. Your choice of drink, be it coffee, organic tea, or a plant-based café latte, rounds off the experience.
