Trading Technologies Rings in a New Era at Cboe

On May 21, 2026, Trading Technologies International, Inc. (TT), a leading provider of technology services for global capital markets, will ring the opening bell at the Cboe Global Markets trading floor located in Chicago. This significant gesture marks not only the commencement of the trading day but also celebrates the longstanding partnership between TT and Cboe. TT’s CEO, Justin Llewellyn-Jones, along with key figures from the company’s leadership team, will participate in this ceremonial event, which will be broadcast live on CNBC. As part of the week’s celebrations, the ringing of the bell coincides with the company's TT Exchange Spotlight events, which take place in Chicago this week and in New York the following week. Cboe will also participate as a sponsor for these events, with a representative scheduled to speak at both gatherings.

In a recent announcement, Trading Technologies unveiled a major expansion of its TT FX platform. This enhancement introduces a variety of new features designed to serve institutional foreign exchange and precious metals traders more effectively. The TT platform allows direct access to Cboe FX for transactions involving spot FX, precious metals, and non-deliverable forwards, along with services linked to the Cboe Futures Exchange (CFE).
