Seminar Overview
On December 10, 2025, from 17:00 to 18:00 (JST), Management Solutions, Inc. (MSOL), led by CEO Kei Kaneko, will host an online seminar titled "Creating Organizations That Inspire Action." This session will feature Hiroyuki Nagashima, a specialist in human resources and organizational development, who will share practical strategies for building organizations that motivate employees and drive transformation projects effectively.
Background of the Seminar
Many organizations today face issues such as "plans that fail to mobilize people," "slow progress in digital transformation (DX)," and "inability to change organizational structures." A critical issue lies in the inability to create an environment where both individuals and organizations can work in tandem. Recognizing this, MSOL has established itself as a project management office (PMO) that supports execution in various corporate transformation projects, emphasizing that transformation cannot be achieved through processes and tools alone—what matters is the engagement of both people and organizations.
Key Themes of the Seminar
The seminar will intertwine HR insights with hands-on project management practices, addressing important themes including:
- - How to bridge the gap between management and field operations.
- - HR strategies for motivating employees (goal-setting, authority design, and relationship building).
- - The organizational structure common to successful projects that empower teams to achieve their goals.
This interactive session will examine how to create a state where individuals are proactive, and organizations move forward in unison.
About the Speaker
Hiroyuki Nagashima, the CEO of Toitoi LLC, boasts an extensive background in human resources and organizational development. He has advanced both individual growth and organizational transformation by implementing practical techniques derived from real-world experiences. His expertise lies in creating a state where individual development contributes directly to organizational growth, alongside strategies for training, role design, empowering employees, and trust-building—all approached with a focus on actionable insights rather than theory.
Nagashima's notable career began during his time at Sony, where he developed a proprietary forecasting system by leveraging data from GfK and sales floor analytics. As the head of HR at Nitori, he introduced data-driven recruitment and training techniques, achieving a top ranking in hiring popularity. Now, as the representative member of Toitoi LLC and an associate researcher at Chuo University, he continues to support companies in their human resource and organizational development efforts. He believes that organizational activities are fundamentally about "inquiry" and "dialogue," and seeks to maximize the power of organizations through a fusion of data analysis and human communication.
