XCMG Crane Launches Six Innovative Models Tailored for Europe's Future at bauma 2025

XCMG Unveils Innovative Cranes at bauma 2025

XCMG Crane made a significant impression at bauma 2025, the premier global construction machinery fair, where the company presented six state-of-the-art crane models specifically designed to meet the demands of the European market. This initiative showcased XCMG's commitment to sustainability, smart design, and localized solutions—a reflection of its strategy to support Europe’s green transition and urban renewal efforts.

Among the highlighted innovations was the XCA60_EV, renowned as the world’s first hybrid all-terrain crane. This groundbreaking model features a proprietary oil-electric hybrid system that successfully reduces carbon emissions by 40%. In addition, the XCA60_EV is equipped with a 400V plug-and-play electric system, which allows for zero-emission lifting. With a powerful 170KW electric motor paired with a dual-engine transport system yielding a total power of 400KW, it epitomizes optimal fuel efficiency.

XCMG's cranes also prioritize compactness and intelligence. Built on the company’s advanced G2 technology platform, models like the XCA80G7-1E and XCA250G7-1E offer solutions tailor-made for urban environments. The XCA80G7-1E boasts a compact design with a 60-meter boom and dual-hook coordination, ideal for intricate urban projects. The innovative XCA250G7-1E features remote-control operation, promoting efficiency for single operators alongside advanced telescoping systems optimized for tight spaces.

Additionally, XCMG presented its European Customized Rough-Terrain Cranes, including the XCR50_E—a slender design measuring just 2.5 meters to comply with EU transport regulations. The XCR70_E and XCR90_E cranes have demonstrated robust performance in Turkey's gas power ventures, utilizing eco-friendly hydraulic systems and fuel-efficient torque converters.

Yang Dongsheng, the Chairman of XCMG Machinery, emphasized the strategic positioning of the company in Europe. “We’re committed to being a key enabler of Europe’s sustainable, smart infrastructure future,” he stated. This commitment bore fruit at bauma 2025 when XCMG secured bulk orders from clients in Germany, France, and the Netherlands for its advanced hybrid and compact crane models. These agreements highlight Europe's growing endorsement of XCMG’s innovative, tailored solutions and environmental initiatives.

Feedback from clients, such as a general manager from a Dutch lifting and transportation firm, praised the XCMG cranes for their superior engineering, noting features like the panoramic wraparound windshield and sunken control console layout, which enhanced operational visibility by more than 40%. The manager remarked, “XCMG’s G2 series cranes exemplified humanized engineering and showcased world-class manufacturing expertise—right down to hydraulic pipeline management, centralized lubrication systems, welding quality, and structural component precision, all adhering fully to European standards.”

Concluding, the team noted, “From operational ergonomics to equipment reliability, XCMG cranes have truly impressed our technical team. They will undoubtedly be our preferred brand for future purchases.” XCMG’s unveiling at bauma 2025 solidifies its role as a leader in the construction machinery sector, ready to drive progress within Europe’s rapidly evolving landscape.
