Wild Bill's Craft Beverage Franchise Expands with New Operators and Event Venues
Wild Bill's Craft Beverage Co. Expands Franchise Network
In an impressive move, Wild Bill's Craft Beverage Co. has grown from 16 to 20 franchise operators in just the first half of 2026. This mobile beverage franchise, renowned for its specialty in handcrafted sodas, is not only expanding its operator base but also significantly increasing its presence at major convention centers across the country.
Key Markets and Growth
New franchisees have emerged in strategic locations such as Cleveland, Salt Lake City, Washington D.C., and San Diego. This growth trajectory is in line with the company’s goal of awarding 10 new franchise agreements by the end of the year. Mike Quilty, CEO of Wild Bill's, expressed his satisfaction with the growth, stating, "We've had a strong first half of the year, and what stands out most is how quickly new franchisees are getting into business and generating revenue." Unlike traditional restaurant businesses that usually take ages to launch, Wild Bill's enables its operators to quickly start booking events and making sales.
Expanding Fleet and Event Focus
In addition to growing its franchise network, Wild Bill's has expanded its fleet of mobile beverage wagons. Five new units have been constructed in the first half of the year, with an additional five currently in production. This expansion is indicative of the company’s foresight; they expect to have nearly 60 operational units nationwide by the end of 2026. The franchise thrives on an event-centered business model, which integrates franchisees into fairs, festivals, conventions, sporting events, and private functions. Wild Bill's executes over 500 events annually across 40 states, becoming a familiar presence at some of the most sought-after live events in the country.
Wild Bill's has established lasting partnerships with event organizers and venue operators, solidifying its status as a reliable subcontractor at well-known facilities such as the Las Vegas Convention Center and the Salt Palace Convention Center. Quilty emphasizes this relationship-building approach, saying, "Those relationships are opening doors to more opportunities at convention centers and major event venues across the country."
Financial Performance and Private Events
The company is forecasting net system sales growth of 15% to 20% in 2026, an increase from the 504 events executed last year to an anticipated 600 this year. In light of this, the franchise has recently expanded its financial performance representation, providing prospective franchisees with greater insight into the overall business performance. Demand for private and corporate events has surged, diversifying the event portfolio to include employee get-togethers, university events, grand openings, and private parties.
Quilty noted, "Private events have become an increasingly important part of our business. We're seeing strong demand from corporations, universities, and organizations looking for a unique experience." This reflects a strategic pivot towards not just large fairs but also to tailored private events.
Looking Ahead
As it steps into the latter half of 2026, Wild Bill's leadership is optimistic about ongoing franchise development, event growth, and further expansion into more prominent venues nationwide. "Our goal is to continue bringing motivated entrepreneurs into the system and helping them build businesses around events that already attract thousands of customers," Quilty stated, expressing enthusiasm for the future ahead.
