In instances where residents were not home, the delivery personnel were unable to drop off packages, leading to increased business operational burdens due to the necessity of re-deliveries. The introduction of Linough's Smart Package Delivery service aims to tackle these issues efficiently. In total, around 130 auto-lock equipped apartment buildings in the delivery areas of both branches will be able to take advantage of this service.
