Background and Purpose

The Up Garage Group aims to cultivate communication skills, creativity, and confidence among its employees through unique training methodologies. One such initiative is the manzai training, inspired by the company's president, Eihiko Kawano. After participating in a two-day intensive manzai training, Kawano was inspired to bring the joy of comedy into the corporate environment. The training program encourages employees to break out of their shells and express themselves through humor.
