Tokyo Camera Club U-22 Photo Contest 2025

In a collaborative effort between Nikon Imaging Japan and the Tokyo Camera Club, the Tokyo Camera Club U-22 Photo Contest 2025 is set to take place, focusing on works created by youthful talents. Designed for individuals aged 22 and below or students in their twenties, the contest aims to enrich the creative endeavors of the next generation and expand their horizons in photography.

About the Photo Contest

Launched in 2020, the contest has sought fresh perspectives from younger generations. Over five previous competitions, more than 40,000 entries have been submitted, resulting in the recognition of ten individuals as part of the Tokyo Camera Club U-22 selection each time. As it enters its sixth edition, this year’s winners will be invited to participate in the Nikon Z-Series Mirrorless Camera Monitor Project and will have their works exhibited at THE GALLERY, a photography showcase organized by Nikon Imaging Japan.

How to Enter

1. Step 1: Follow the official Instagram accounts for Nikon Imaging Japan @nikonjp and the campaign-specific account for the Tokyo Camera Club @tokyocameraclub_cp03.

2. Step 2: Within the application period, post your photos on Instagram using the specified hashtag #東京カメラ部10選U22フォトコンテスト2025.

Award Benefits

Winners of the Tokyo Camera Club U-22 will receive:

• - Certification as part of Tokyo Camera Club U-22 (10 winners)
• - Invitation to the Nikon Z-Series Mirrorless Camera Monitor Project
• - Exhibition of their works at THE GALLERY located in Nikon Plaza Tokyo and Osaka showcasing the Z-Series monitor project.

Note: Award benefits are subject to change or cancellation. Even if candidates are shortlisted or confirmed, failure to meet eligibility requirements will result in disqualification.

Announcement of Awarded Works

The announcement for the award-winning works is expected to occur in late November 2025. Candidates will be contacted through direct messages on Instagram and asked to provide unedited data for the final selection. Results will be published on the photoconf test's result announcement page by late December 2025.
