Shimada Living Partners Launches Hibari School's Third Year with Exciting Discounts!

A New Chapter in Caregiving Education

Shimada Living Partners Inc., a key player in the caregiving sector, has announced the launch of its third year for the "Hibari School" starting December 2025. Founded in 2022, this school aims to create a bright and positive entry point into the caregiving profession by providing essential skills and fostering the joy of connecting with people. The school is now introducing new courses alongside an encouraging discount campaign that promises to make learning more accessible. Over the past two years, numerous graduates have successfully embarked on careers in caregiving, contributing to local welfare by working in the company’s facilities, such as the Garden Terrace series.

Mission of Hibari School

The goal of the Hibari School is to create a welcoming and positive gateway to caregiving. With instructors who are national contest award winners, students receive hands-on training that goes beyond basic caregiving techniques. The school focuses on nurturing both practical skills and the joy of human connection. Its comprehensive support extends from obtaining qualifications to ensuring job placements, thereby contributing to the development of caregiving professionals and enhancing community welfare.

Key Features of Hibari School

1. Practical Lessons from Active Caregivers
The instructors, including managers and leaders from the company’s Garden Terrace facilities, share “real-life” experiences that provide invaluable insights. This practical approach is one of the school’s most appealing aspects, offering lessons that can't be found in textbooks.

2. Small Class Sizes for Individual Attention
With a strict limit of 12 students per class, the environment encourages interaction between students and instructors. The intimate setting fosters a supportive learning atmosphere where students can comfortably engage and ask questions.

3. Comprehensive Support from Certification to Employment
Upon graduation, students can benefit from job placement support at the company’s facilities. A cashback incentive is available for those who secure employment, ensuring a seamless transition from classroom to workplace.

4. Comfortable Learning Environment with Scandinavian Aesthetics
The classrooms are designed for comfort, featuring aromatic scents and amenities such as Wi-Fi and complimentary drinks. This thoughtfully curated space aims to create a positive atmosphere that supports both learning and relaxation.
