About Teruaki Kagayama
Born on June 2, 1972, Kagayama has held numerous senior management roles in the development and implementation of digitalized construction production systems within the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. His significant contributions have greatly influenced national-level DX initiatives. A staunch advocate for enhancing industry-wide digitalization and reliability, he has promoted technologies to prevent the tampering of digital construction photographs. He also earned his Ph.D. in Engineering from Osaka University in 2019, holds qualifications as a technical engineer, and has received various prestigious accolades, including six awards from the Ministry for his excellence in technical fields.
