Taking place from March 11 to March 14 in Cannes, France, MIPIM 2025 gathers global leaders in real estate and urban planning. The Sports Boulevard Foundation, part of the 'Invest Saudi' delegation, is set to showcase key investment prospects and innovative urban development strategies that align with Saudi Vision 2030. This strategic vision emphasizes enhancing the quality of life, fostering economic diversification, and promoting wellness and sustainability within urban environments.

The Vision Behind Sports Boulevard

Spanning over 135 kilometers, Sports Boulevard is poised to become the world's largest urban regeneration linear park. The project incorporates advanced sports infrastructures, vibrant public areas, and sustainable transportation options, making it a symbol of Riyadh's commitment to modernity and advanced urban living. With the first phase, covering an impressive 83 km, already launched in February 2025, the Foundation is reinforcing its commitment to innovative urban development.

Significant financial backing has been secured, including a real estate investment fund valued at approximately $1.47 billion (SAR 5.5 billion). This capital is critical in advancing private sector participation, further solidifying the project’s foundation as a persuasive vision for urban life in Riyadh.

With over 4.4 million square meters of green spaces, 220 kilometers of cycling paths, and an extensive pedestrian network stretching 135 kilometers, the project addresses the increasing demand for outdoor activities in urban settings. Furthermore, the development includes 15 kilometers of horse-riding trails and more than 50 multidisciplinary sports facilities, encouraging an active lifestyle.

Launched under the auspices of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, the project is chaired by HRH Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz. The primary goal here is to elevate the quality of life for residents and visitors alike by providing integrated infrastructure, walking and cycling paths, and top-tier sports facilities.
