Cañada Honda is notably associated with a low resistivity anomaly that corresponds to a gravity anomaly alongside a helicopter-borne electromagnetic anomaly (HEM). These results were supported by earlier drilling campaigns that confirmed the presence of significant copper and gold throughout the area, with intersections showing continuous mineralization extending from the surface.

Recent studies utilizing SQUID IP and audiomagnetotellurics (AMT) have identified several new drill targets adjacent to the modeled gravity anomaly. The interpretation of coinciding high chargeability and low resistivity anomalies suggests favorable areas for sulfide mineralization, inviting the potential for discovering an even larger mineralized corridor beyond the current targets.

The ongoing improvements and the increase in exploration activities signify Pan Global's commitment to uncovering the full potential of the Escacena Project. The company plans to commence a helicopter-borne electromagnetic survey in July, strategically targeting areas to prioritize objectives and help identify hidden sulfide mineralization.
