By completely automating the workflows from product selection through ordering and delivery, the partnership ensures that retailers only need to arrange the display of the received beers.

One of the standout features of this new service is its sophisticated automated inventory management system that leverages both POS data and consumer reviews to adjust product selection continually. When stock levels drop, AI will analyze current sales trends and consumer input to automatically recommend product changes, allowing stores to maintain an attractive and optimized sales floor without manual intervention.

Moreover, product deliveries will consist of mixed cases, enabling retailers to stock a variety of flavors from small-scale breweries in manageable quantities. This flexibility not only enriches consumers' shopping experience but diminishes the risk associated with over-ordering and food wastage.

Additionally, to further protect retailers from the financial repercussions of product expirations, Synops and Brewtope have established a cost-sharing mechanism for any potential disposal losses incurred due to unsold items reaching their expiration date.

Test runs for this innovative service will commence in May 2026, rolling out in selected locations as part of the Synops series offerings.
