RoundTable Healthcare Partners Announces Acquisition of Renaissance Lakewood by LTS Lohmann

On October 13, 2025, RoundTable Healthcare Partners, a private equity firm dedicated to the healthcare sector, disclosed that its portfolio company, Renaissance Lakewood, has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by LTS Lohmann Therapie-Systeme AG, a pharmaceutical technology firm based in Andernach, Germany. The terms surrounding the transaction have not been publicly disclosed.

Renaissance Lakewood specializes as a contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) with a strong focus on nasal and injectable pharmaceutical products. This includes various innovative solutions such as unit-dose and bi-dose nasal sprays, along with small-volume parenteral fill-finish vials. The inception of Renaissance was through RoundTable's acquisition of two leading CDMOs, Confab Laboratories in 2010 and DPT Laboratories in 2012. After divesting its topicals division to Mylan N.V. in 2016, Renaissance has concentrated its efforts on enhancing its intranasal and injectable dosage offerings.

With substantial investments in leadership, talent, research and development, as well as state-of-the-art infrastructure, Renaissance has successfully transformed into a fully integrated CDMO, partnering with both established and emerging players in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.
