Toraji's Seasonal Yakiniku Offerings

Beginning September 1, 2025, all Toraji locations across Japan will introduce new dishes rooted in the philosophy of utilizing seasonal ingredients, aiming to reach a broader audience and promote the culture surrounding yakiniku.

Celebrating 30 Years of Yakiniku

In honor of its 30th anniversary, Toraji is committed to celebrating the joy of yakiniku while emphasizing its health benefits. Inspired by the concept of “medicinal food,” the new offerings are designed to be not just delicious, but also nourishing. Among the standout dishes is the innovative Yaki Shabu Set, which allows diners to enjoy tender slices of wagyu beef alongside fresh vegetables.

New Menu Highlight: Yaki Shabu Set

The Yaki Shabu Set promises to be a delightful experience for diners of all ages. The set features savory, marbled black wagyu beef that can be quickly grilled and enveloped with assorted dipping vegetables. To elevate the flavors, patrons can dip their creations in a special ponzu sauce. This menu also includes a selection of premium options such as:

To add more seasonal flavors, Toraji is launching Seasonal Salad Kimchi and corresponding Seasonal Fruit Sours. The Seasonal Salad Kimchi takes the traditional kimchi concept and refines it to highlight seasonal fruits. This easy-to-eat dish will rotate based on available produce. For autumn, customers can look forward to the delicious Two-Color Kiwi Fruit Salad Kimchi paired with a refreshing Two-Color Kiwi Fruit Sour, available at:
