Beginning September 1, 2025, all Toraji locations across Japan will introduce new dishes rooted in the philosophy of utilizing seasonal ingredients, aiming to reach a broader audience and promote the culture surrounding yakiniku.

In honor of its 30th anniversary, Toraji is committed to celebrating the joy of yakiniku while emphasizing its health benefits. Inspired by the concept of “medicinal food,” the new offerings are designed to be not just delicious, but also nourishing. Among the standout dishes is the innovative
Yaki Shabu Set, which allows diners to enjoy tender slices of wagyu beef alongside fresh vegetables.

The set features savory, marbled black wagyu beef that can be quickly grilled and enveloped with assorted dipping vegetables.
