With almost 15 years of experience in sectors such as private credit and growth capital, Mr. O'Donnell brings an impressive portfolio of skills and a proven track record in collaborating with business owners and management teams to foster sustainable growth. Before joining LO3 Capital, he worked at MC Credit Partners as a Managing Director, where he was responsible for sourcing, executing, and managing a significant portfolio of direct lending and opportunistic credit investments exceeding $3 billion in value.

Mr. O'Donnell is not just a finance expert but also has a rich athletic history—he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Villanova University, where he was the team captain of the Men’s Varsity Lacrosse team.
