Located at the convergence of Russell Road and Las Vegas Boulevard, this new intersection will represent a major breakthrough in urban planning for the area. With increasing traffic from California travelers, the intersection will serve as a crucial entry point to the Strip and facilitate a new bypass road, connecting I-15 directly to Tropicana Avenue.
