Realgate has ambitious plans for multi-site development, having already launched a hotel in Hatagaya in January 2026. Following the Jinnan location, two additional sites in Higashi-Azabu and Tamachi are slated to open in August 2026 and March 2027, respectively. The interior design of SHIFT HOTEL is entrusted to LINE-INC., a firm renowned for its projects in retail and office spaces. Drawing inspiration from Brooklyn's aesthetic of the 1970s and '80s, LINE-INC. plans to fuse vintage building textures with contemporary Shinjuku culture, creating an edgy and distinctive ambiance throughout the hotel. Unique artworks from acclaimed street artist Aruta Soup will further embellish the space, offering guests an artistic experience that enhances their stay.
