Deus Harajuku has always been a hub for creativity and cultural fusion, and these new jellies are no exception. The development of these new desserts stems from Yuzawa's passion for showcasing the ingredients in their purest form. By avoiding excess sweetness, he has instead focused on enhancing the intrinsic flavors, resulting in what he refers to as “adult jellies” that cater to sophisticated palates.

Coffee Jelly: A Layered Delight

The coffee jelly is a true triumph; it features a luscious combination of a sugar-free whipped cream, coffee ice cream, and specially crafted coffee jelly infused with homemade coffee liqueur.
