As of January 27, 2026, Tokyu Livable Inc., led by President Toshikazu Kobayashi and headquartered in Shibuya, Tokyo, is set to launch a new advertising campaign featuring actors Keita Machida and Seira Shiraishi. The campaign is themed "New! Tokyu Livable People," showcasing the reality and expertise of these actors as they portray real estate professionals.

The new commercial series consists of three ads: "Honestly, Where?" featuring friends, "Honestly, Where?" with cousins, and "Remember This," all designed to resonate with viewers and elevate Tokyu Livable's approachable and trustworthy image. The campaign highlights the actors' ability to address everyday real estate concerns through relatable situations.

Commercial Highlights

The first ad, "Honestly, Where?" featuring Keita Machida, captures a light-hearted conversation at an izakaya where a friend seeks advice about selling a home. Machida delivers the punchline, "Honestly... Our place!" showcasing Tokyu Livable's confidence rooted in its robust Ribubble Network. This network is instrumental in securing the best deals for clients swiftly. Machida embodies the essence of being a "Tokyu Livable person," exemplifying customer-first service.

The second ad, starring Seira Shiraishi, portrays her at a wedding when her cousin asks, "Where should I sell my house?" Shiraishi switches to a professional demeanor, responding with the slogan, "Honestly... Our place!" Her conviction reflects Tokyu Livable’s track record as a leader in annual property transaction volumes for two consecutive years.

In contrast, the final ad titled "Remember This" features a warm family scene at the dinner table. Machida's mother asks why his company is the best in Japan, to which he calmly replies, "Because of our property brokerage volume." His humorous correction of his grandmother's mix-up of "Tokyo” with “Tokyu” adds an endearing touch, reinforcing the company's commitment to customer engagement.

Purpose of the Campaign

The overarching goal of this campaign is to position Tokyu Livable as an accessible partner across Japan, emphasizing its extensive network of over 230 locations nationwide and its achievements in the real estate market. The commercials leverage humor and relatable scenarios to foster a deeper connection with viewers, inviting them to view Tokyu Livable as their go-to real estate advisor.

The ads are set to broadcast across various regions, including Kanto, Kansai, Chukyo, Fukuoka, Hokkaido, and Miyagi, ensuring comprehensive outreach to potential customers.
