The BBQ will be operational on weekends and public holidays, totaling 20 days of mouth-watering flavors and community moments. Guests can choose between two session times: the first from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and the second from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Each session can accommodate up to 200 guests for a full capacity of 400 attendees daily.

In response to previous participants' feedback and suggestions, significant enhancements have been made to elevate the overall experience. Reservations are set to open in early September 2025, ensuring those eager for this outdoor culinary delight can secure their space in advance.

1. Wind Safety and Comfort: Tents have been replaced with tarps to mitigate risks during strong winds, ensuring a safe dining environment. The grilling areas have been expanded to maintain consistent heat levels.

Food and Drink Quality: Expect a more flavorful experience as food trucks will be on-site, offering dishes with locally sourced produce, including vegetables from Chofu and shiitake mushrooms from the Tokyo area. 3. All-You-Can-Drink Plan: For a carefree outing, visitors can opt for a drink package available on the day of the event, allowing them to relax and enjoy their meals with fun drink options.
