What is 'Bijinrou'?

"Bijinrou" offers a unique theater experience where the audience becomes part of an idol audition competition. Set up like a reality show, the audience participates as judges, working alongside a cast of aspiring idols who all declare their intention to debut. However, a twist in this narrative reveals an imposter among the contestants: the so-called “Backdoor Idol” who aims to achieve fame not through merit but through connections.

The climax will see the contestants engaging in a riveting game, the “Bijinrou Game,” where truth and lies intertwine. The stakes are high, as the winning team secures their debut, while the losing side faces the end of their dreams.

Audience Engagement

As the participants passionately voice, "I am a legitimate idol candidate!" it becomes a challenge for the audience to discern truth from deception—who deserves their vote? The cast will dive into heated discussions and improvisations while showcasing compelling self-introductions.
