Starting from January 8, 2026, and offered only until March 31, 2026, the 'Layered Parfait' showcases the scenic beauty of winter landscapes and the enchanting Nordic forests. Each layer of this visually stunning parfait is crafted to evoke the serene essence of nature during winter.
At the top, you will find a charlotte made of fresh strawberries enveloped in a delicious pistachio sponge and parmesan cream, all resting on a base of cacao cookie. The green chocolate, shaped like leaves, decorates the top, creating a vibrant centerpiece reminiscent of a winter forest.
A Journey Through Each Layer
Layer One: Pistachio Crumble
This layer features finely crushed pistachio sponge, offering a delightful texture that complements the rich flavors of the subsequent layers, enticing you to indulge further.
Layer Two: Rosemary Panna Cotta
