Taica Renews Partnership with CHUO Soccer Group to Support Student Athletes

Taica's Commitment to Student Athletes

Taica Inc., based in Chuo-ku, Tokyo and headed by CEO Hiroto Suzuki, recently announced the renewal of its partnership agreement with the CHUO SOCCER GROUP, an organization dedicated to supporting the Central University Soccer Club, effective from April 1, 2026. This partnership will see Taica’s brand "αGEL by Taica" prominently displayed on the uniforms of the Central University Soccer Club, further cementing the company's commitment to nurturing young sporting talent.

The Central University Soccer Club has proven itself a formidable force in collegiate soccer, finishing fourth in the Kanto Division I League in 2024 and reaching the Intercollege Championship. Building upon this success, they advanced to the top eight in the Prime Minister's Cup in 2025. Motivated by these achievements, the club aims for championship victory in the Kanto Division I League for the upcoming 2026 season.

Notably, the team's successful trajectory also paves the way for graduates to make their mark in professional soccer. In 2024, five alumni secured placements in the J-League, followed by another four in 2025. Among its distinguished alumni is Togo Watanabe, who continues to be a regular selection for the Japanese national team, showcasing the club's rich history of nurturing talent that competes at the highest levels in Japanese soccer.

Taica recognizes the importance of supporting a new generation of student-athletes who strive for excellence both academically and in sports. By continuing this sponsorship agreement, Taica aims to empower students to pursue their dreams and face challenges with resilience.
