SuitUp: Empowering Women Entrepreneurs in Task Management

Suits Inc., under the leadership of CEO Yusuke Komatsu, is excited to announce the launch of a free monitoring opportunity for women entrepreneurs to test its innovative project and task management tool, SuitUp. This initiative aims to provide valuable feedback for refining the platform ahead of its official release scheduled for autumn 2025.

Call for Participants

From October 30 to November 7, 2025, Suits Inc. will open applications for three selected women entrepreneurs who will be able to use SuitUp for free. Participants must incorporate SuitUp into their project management routines. This program includes collecting feedback through email or chat tools regarding the tool's usability and any desired feature enhancements. Additionally, every two months, there will be a 30-minute online meeting for in-depth discussions. Women entrepreneurs who collaborate in this study will enjoy waived monthly usage fees until December 2025, regardless of workspace user count.

The Features of SuitUp

SuitUp is designed to facilitate effortless and consistent team project and task management. Released in alpha in September 2023 and later in beta in April 2024, the tool allows teams to visualize their tasks easily, akin to using a spreadsheet. It helps prevent missed deadlines and enhances operational efficiency, ultimately leading to significant cost reductions.

The beta version introduces essential features for managing tasks, organizations, communication, and analytics, along with unique task templates and deadline notifications that make daily task management a breeze.

Pricing Plans:

• - Standard Plan: 1,080 yen per user per month (excluding tax).
• - Starter Plan: For organizations with 10 or fewer users, pricing is adjusted to 500 yen per user per month (excluding tax). This pricing strategy reflects an understanding of the budget constraints of smaller businesses. An initial cost waiver is available as part of the beta version launch campaign until December 31, 2025.
