Launching on September 3, 2026, these drinks feature an innovative take on the popular Cloud Drink concept which has gained popularity in cafes around Southeast Asia. The two variations include Pistachio Coconut Cloud and Sweet Potato Coconut Cloud, both designed to deliver a delightful combination of flavors that reflect the richness of the autumn season.

A Unique Drinking Experience

The foundation of these cloud drinks is a refreshing coconut water crowned with a light, fluffy cream made from coconut milk. Each sip transforms as the cream gradually melds with the coconut water, creating a unique taste experience. DEAN & DELUCA has previously offered similar coconut cloud drinks, but this year's autumn additions are crafted with seasonal ingredients that capture the essence of harvest time, incorporating flavors such as pistachio, pear, sweet potato, and osmanthus.

The Pistachio Coconut Cloud features a creamy blend that brings together the nutty aroma of pistachios and the juicy sweetness of fresh pears. Enhanced by a subtle hint of matcha, which elevates the nutty flavors, this drink is further complemented by a pear compote at the bottom and topped with roasted pistachios, making each sip a delightful journey of taste and texture. Priced at ¥778, this drink represents the perfect pairing of autumn's harvest.

Sweet Potato Coconut Cloud

On the other hand, the Sweet Potato Coconut Cloud invites you to enjoy the refined sweetness of sweet potatoes, layered with the fragrant notes of osmanthus tea. These juices are priced at ¥745 and promise to be a refreshing way to enjoy the taste of autumn.
