Notably, during her tenure at Booz Allen, she oversaw some of the largest transformation projects for the Department of Veterans Affairs, including the ambitious $80 million VA Health Connect portfolio, modernization of its national contact center, and the implementation of AI solutions aimed at improving care access for Veterans.
In addition to her significant contributions to federal agencies, Capoccia's client portfolio extends to leading brands in the commercial sector, including Nestlé, NIVEA, MetLife, and Lowe's.
