Autify Launches Comprehensive QA Platform to Enhance AI-Driven Development

In a bold move to address the changing landscape of quality assurance (QA) in the age of AI-driven development, Autify, a leading Japanese company headquartered in Chuo, Tokyo, has announced the launch of its innovative "Autify Platform." This new offering allows businesses to utilize multiple products under a single contract, providing a seamless and efficient approach to QA processes.

Founded by CEO Yoshihiro Chikazawa, Autify has been at the forefront of software testing solutions, helping companies adapt to the rapid pace of technological advancements. The Autify Platform consolidates offerings such as Autify Genesis and Autify Nexus, now available together, streamlining the QA processes that were previously handled via separate contracts.

Addressing the Challenges of AI-Driven Development

The proliferation of generative AI tools has dramatically accelerated software development cycles, making the QA process increasingly challenging. Autify has observed this disparity firsthand through numerous discussions with its clients, noting that the QA steps often lag behind the rapid development of software releases.

Feedback from users revealed several common pain points:
  • - Dependency on Specific Personnel: Test design and execution often rely heavily on certain team members, creating a bottleneck in the process.
  • - High Regression Test Burden: Each software release triggers extensive regression testing, which consumes significant resources.
  • - Lack of Expertise during Acceptance Testing: Frequently, businesses lack personnel well-versed in testing procedures, leading to challenges in creating effective test patterns.

These issues collectively highlight the need for a cohesive QA process that keeps pace with rapid software deployments. As development languages and abilities have evolved, so too must the methodologies used in QA.

About the Autify Platform

To tackle these emerging challenges, Autify has integrated its various products into the Autify Platform, allowing organizations to manage their QA needs more effectively. The platform consists of three main components:
  • - Autify Genesis: A tool that automates the design of test scenarios based on specifications or requirements, standardizing QA processes.
  • - Autify Aximo: An innovative AI agent that can perform testing similar to a human by autonomously verifying changes, including those that have not yet been pre-defined—this feature has just been launched in Japan.
  • - Autify Nexus: A solution that automatically executes regression tests and can fix issues during UI updates.

Together, these components allow teams to fully offload routine QA tasks to AI agents, liberating human resources for more strategic oversight and final decision-making.

Internal Use Case: Autify on Autify

At Autify itself, the development team undergoes constant updates, with numerous changes deployed daily. The traditional method of manually creating end-to-end (E2E) tests has become impractical. Instead, Autify utilizes its own technologies—particularly Autify Nexus for continuous E2E testing—to ensure ongoing quality monitoring post-deployment.

Before significant releases, Autify employs both Autify Genesis and Autify Aximo to automate the quality gate operation. On the evening before planned updates, the QA agent evaluates the scope of impending changes, identifies gaps in existing tests, and executes tests across the browser, reporting outcomes directly to the team.

Recent data from nocturnal executions (covering six nights from June 29 to July 14, 2026) highlight the efficacy of this process. During this period, the QA framework handled 114 pull requests, assessed 83 of those for analysis, and uncovered 164 critical coverage gaps, successfully flagging 12 potential regression risks prior to deployments. This proactive approach ensures that issues—such as erroneous permissions in internal management screens—are addressed before they affect end-users.

What’s Next for Autify?

As Autify looks to the future, the company plans to introduce a unified credit system to manage usage across products and enhance integration at the UI/UX level from design to execution. The end goal is to enable users to collaborate with AI agents flexibly and efficiently, without needing to navigate between different products.
