Discover the 'HIGASHIGINZA PARKscape'
From October 6 to October 24, 2025, the East Ginza Area Management Association will unveil a temporary park named
HIGASHIGINZA PARKscape in front of the Ginza Shochiku Square. This outdoor space, featuring artificial grass, aims to create a lively atmosphere filled with relaxation and interaction for everyone who visits.
Located in a cultural hotbed surrounded by iconic spots like the Kabukiza Theatre and the Shinbashi Enbujyo, East Ginza attracts office workers and tourists from all over the world. This unique social experiment seeks to enhance the area's charm by fostering community connections and creating spaces for leisure.
Why an Artificial Grass Park Now?
Despite the high foot traffic in East Ginza, green open spaces where people can easily take a break are quite rare. Feedback from locals and visitors highlighted the need for a relaxing area to enjoy leisurely lunches. By establishing this temporary park, we aim to provide a welcoming spot for those working, visiting, and residing in the area, encouraging them to experience richer, more enjoyable moments together.
