Cabbage Ton Ramen, operated by Monogatari Corporation based in Toyohashi, Aichi Prefecture, is set to introduce two limited-time noodle dishes that will tantalize your taste buds. The new offerings, "Shrimp Noodle" and "Spicy Shrimp Noodle," will be available from February 24, 2026, until early April 2026 at select locations.

The Shrimp Noodle highlights Cabbage Ton's specialty—crunchy cabbage. More than 150 grams of various seasonal vegetables are deep-fried to bring out their natural sweetness. The broth, based on salt and infused with the rich umami of the vegetables, creates an addictive flavor that will leave you wanting more.

Spicy Shrimp Noodle - ¥890 (including tax ¥979)


For those who enjoy a kick, the Spicy Shrimp Noodle offers a delightful contrast of spicy heat paired with the sweetness of the vegetables and the umami of shrimp. This dish layers premium flavors that create a depth that is irresistible.
