The Raffine brand, part of Bodywork Holdings located in Nakano, Tokyo, recently organized an innovative seminar aimed at enhancing the skills of external therapists. In collaboration with EPARK Riraku & Esthe, a service specializing in reservations for massage and esthetic salons, the seminar sought to share the expertise that Raffine has cultivated over the years. The goal was to contribute to the overall development of therapists' skills and elevate the industry’s standards.

A 100% Satisfaction Experience


The inaugural seminar focused on the theme of "Direct Pressure" and included a comprehensive 180-minute program that combined theoretical knowledge with practical application. Out of 24 applicants, 19 participated, with a remarkable survey response from 18 attendees revealing that an impressive 83.3% were very satisfied and 16.7% satisfied, leading to a total satisfaction score of 100%.

This experience-centered format provided participants with more than just theoretical knowledge; it allowed them to feel the change in real-time.
