Next-Gen AI Agent “Naivy” in the Metaverse

One of the key features will be Hitachi’s AI agent, “Naivy,” which operates within an extended reality environment to replicate actual workspaces. This agent synthesizes the operational knowledge of experts along with onsite data to guide workers through tasks and enhance safety awareness. Using three large displays on the main stage, attendees will witness demonstrations of navigation by Naivy, along with an introduction to acoustic analysis AI technology that can differentiate abnormal sounds, mimicking an expert’s auditory skills.

Conversational Machines: “Talkative Products”

Hitachi will also reveal its “Talkative Products,” which represent a new generation of industrial machines that can self-diagnose and converse with users, effectively notifying them of operational issues and energy-efficient practices as if the machines were speaking. Visitors will get a firsthand experience of communicating with machines in this innovative showcase.

Enhancing Safety Management with NVIDIA AI Technology

In collaboration with NVIDIA, Hitachi is advancing solutions that digitalize the expertise of seasoned technicians in industries such as escalators and power electronics, reinforcing safety and addressing workforce shortages through innovative applications of OT knowledge.
