The program has proven to have substantial positive effects on its participants, with past data showing an average profit margin increase of 6% and a notable revenue growth rate of 14.3%. By the end of the initiative in 2025, the Dartmouth Fellowship will have benefitted over 100 entrepreneurs, providing essential business education and support.

With the opening of the 2025 application period on September 18, 2025, SheaMoisture welcomes women entrepreneurs from the U.S. and Canada to apply for this transformative opportunity.
