Cetera Connect2Peers 2025: A Milestone Event for Growth-Minded Financial Professionals

Cetera Financial Group's recent Connect2Peers 2025 conference saw record attendance in Orlando, with almost 2,000 attendees engaging in immersive sessions designed to foster growth and community among financial professionals. The event highlighted Cetera's strategic focus on advisor-first growth, marking it as a pivotal moment in a year defined by upward momentum for the organization.

Participants, including financial professionals and potential affiliates, had the opportunity to attend numerous sessions that revolved around business growth, technological advancement, and succession planning. New features for 2025 included expanded Expert Bars and the innovative IntelligenceEngine experience lounges, which offered hands-on exposure to Cetera's latest strategic initiatives.

A highlight of the event was the keynote speech from Peter Diamandis, MD, the founder of the XPRIZE Foundation, who shared revolutionary ideas aimed at driving exponential growth. The conference concluded with a celebration of community, reinforcing Cetera's unwavering commitment to supporting financial professionals as they navigate their unique growth journeys.

Historically, those who attend Connect2Peers have reported more than double the year-over-year growth in Assets Under Administration (AUA) compared to those who do not attend. Over the three-day event, Cetera showcased key strategic imperatives, including the adoption of the firm's Growth360 business planning framework, enhanced access to alternative investments, and trust capabilities. Participants were also introduced to new features within Cetera's IntelligenceEngine platform, showcasing expanded planning tools, AI-driven insights, and updates to AdviceWorks®, an all-in-one workspace that facilitates financial professionals' operations.

This initiative, driven by the firm's nonprofit organization, Caring Cetera, saw Cetera match contributions made by its financial professionals to amplify the impact—supporting the mission of equipping students with vital resources and programs.

Looking ahead, Connect2Peers 2026 is scheduled for August 3-6, 2026, in Salt Lake City, promising to build on the successes of this year's event.
