Asa-chan, a beloved culinary brand, is set to open a new location named "Motsuyaki Kushikatsu Asa-chan Togoshi Ginza" on September 1, 2025. Located just in front of Togoshi Ginza Station, the restaurant marks the brand's first venture into kushikatsu, offering patrons a fresh dining experience that combines the best of two popular Japanese dishes.

The new outlet will take over the previous site of "Yakiton Asa-chan" which sadly closed last April. This location has now transformed into a unique place where customers can savor both the traditional motsuyaki (grilled offal) and the new kushikatsu offerings. The restaurant aims to uphold the legacy of "Asa-chan" while infusing the essence of "Dengana", a name synonymous with authentic kushikatsu.

At the heart of the menu are the renowned motsuyaki dishes, featuring a variety of skewered offals such as liver, heart, and tongue, all expertly prepared using fresh ingredients directly sourced from Shibaura Market. New to the offerings are delicious kushikatsu, a Japanese-style deep-fried skewered dish, encased in a crispy batter made with a blend of yam and secret sauces that promise to tantalize your taste buds.
