As part of the launch, NH will host its first event, 'Now is the Time for Women to Shift - LSP WOMEN’S DAY,' on December 10, 2025, featuring special guest speakers Ayako Fukuyoshi and Maki Sakairi.

During this event, attendees will participate in a talk session with these esteemed guests and engage in a panel discussion led by LSP women members, focusing on the future of women's careers and the significance of shifting perspectives in this age of longevity. The event serves as a platform for women who are considering their second career to come together, share their ambitions, and learn from each other.
