Trust Corporation, headquartered in Chuo, Tokyo, has officially transitioned to a holding company structure, aiming for enhanced corporate growth. This strategic move, effective from July 1, 2025, involves the establishment of Trust Holdings, following the company’s mission to leverage technology and community in shaping the future of finance.

New Leadership Team


As part of this transition, a new leadership team has been appointed to steer the company forward. Kyohei Tomoda and Keita Yuyama have been designated as co-CEOs, while Takuo Okada takes on the role of Chairman of the Board. The leadership change is poised to facilitate faster decision-making and improved operational efficiency, ultimately enhancing corporate value across the group's various endeavors.

Kyohei Tomoda, the new co-CEO, is committed to leading the development of AI products and the AICoE (AI Center of Excellence) package. His prior role at Rakuten Holdings involved spearheading data utilization across the financial business sector. Tomoda stands as a representative expert for Japan in ISO/TC68/AG6, focusing on AI applications in finance.

Keita Yuyama’s Profile


Keita Yuyama brings a wealth of consulting experience to his role as co-CEO. Having previously served as a director at Daiwa Institute of Research and a major domestic consulting firm, he is well-versed in strategic planning and execution support within the financial industry’s IT and digital sectors. Yuyama's dual perspective on business and IT enables him to develop and implement effective plans crucial for the company's future.
