Caylent Strengthens Leadership with Eduardo Fayh as COO to Amplify AI Services Growth
Caylent, a leading player in the realm of AI-first solutions, has made a significant move by appointing Eduardo Fayh as its President and Chief Operating Officer. With over 25 years of extensive experience in technology, consulting, and operational leadership, Fayh is set to spearhead Caylent's mission of scaling its AI-driven enterprise services.
Caylent is recognized as an AI-First Amazon Web Services (AWS) Premier Tier Services Partner, as well as an Anthropic Preferred Services Partner. This newly formed leadership role is pivotal for Kelly, who will focus on operationalizing the company’s AI-first services model, aiming to enhance the company's ability to cater to a wider range of enterprise clients. Fayh will report directly to Valerie Henderson, Caylent's CEO, and will oversee various teams including Service Delivery, Operations, and Managed Services.
Fayh's decision to join Caylent comes after years of building a solid reputation at Thoughtworks, where he played a crucial role in overseeing a business generating around $300 million. He also held a VP position at Globant, where he was instrumental in establishing key client partnerships and driving growth at the enterprise level. Additionally, Fayh's background features significant leadership roles at Dell Computers and Telco Group Claro, showcasing a robust history in operational excellence.
His multilingual abilities in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, paired with his extensive experience across the Americas, make him ideally suited to lead a company with delivery centers throughout the US, Canada, and Latin America. Furthermore, his education from distinguished institutions like the MIT Sloan School of Management and Harvard Business School further strengthens his leadership profile.
During a press conference, Fayh expressed enthusiasm about his new role, stating, ‘When I looked at what Caylent has built, I saw a company with genuine momentum and a market position that competitors simply cannot replicate.’ He emphasized the distinctive opportunity that comes with Caylent’s strong partnerships with AWS and Anthropic. His main objective is to develop a structure that will transform Caylent's AI-first services model into a scalable, repeatable business, ensuring faster transition from ideas to impactful results for clients.
CEO Valerie Henderson also shared her thoughts on the appointment, asserting, ‘Caylent Accelerate™ is our commitment to customers that they will move from ideas to impact faster than they can anywhere else.’ She highlighted the necessity of having a strong operational foundation to support this ambition, which Fayh’s expertise is expected to deliver. She believes his track record of building robust operational infrastructures in demanding environments will be critical in achieving the company’s growth objectives without compromising the quality of service.
Caylent has seen considerable growth since its inception in 2015 while assisting organizations in modernizing their operations on AWS. The company has received ten Partner of the Year Awards, including recognitions in GenAI, Migration, and Security Consulting in 2025. Known for their deep AWS expertise and innovative delivery systems, Caylent has positioned itself as an essential partner for enterprises seeking to harness AI technologies effectively.
As Fayh steps into his new role, the expectations are high not only for scaling current operations but also for enhancing the overall customer experience in Caylent's pursuit to bridge the gap between concept and execution in AI applications. Given his extensive background and Caylent's innovative edge, both the company and its customers can look forward to a new era of growth and operational excellence.
