Shunsuke Oyu


The CEO of AnotherBall, Shunsuke Oyu, is a serial entrepreneur known for his impressive track record, including the successful sale of his company Connehito to KDDI and a VTuber agency to Sony. Leading AnotherBall, he has raised approximately ¥2.2 billion in seed funding for their simple-to-use VTuber app, Avvy. An avid anime fan, he has also supported over 100 startups worldwide as an angel investor.

Takaya Shinozuka


Takaya Shinozuka, CEO of Reiwa Travel Inc., founded Loco Partners in 2011. In 2013, he launched the hotel booking service "Relux." Following his tenure with KDDI Group, he founded Reiwa Travel in 2021, successfully raising ¥2.25 billion in seed funding. Their mission is to design new travel experiences, culminating in the release of their travel app, NEWT, in April 2022.

Daichi Tachibana


Daichi Tachibana, CEO of PeopleX, began his career as a lawyer after graduating from the University of Tokyo Law School. He has held key roles at notable companies including CyberAgent and was responsible for the cloud contract service at Bengo4.com. He founded PeopleX in 2024, developing AI-powered interview services and HR platforms.

Event Purpose


TORYUMON is a vibrant platform for youth aged under 25, featuring established entrepreneurs and those preparing to start businesses. The event aims to provide valuable insights into the innovative worlds of startups and entrepreneurship. The previous edition, TORYUMON 2025 RISE, was a remarkable success, attracting about 700 participants. The current iteration emphasizes ongoing support for young entrepreneurs through its program, TORYUMON ZERO supported by First Followers, dedicated to guiding early-stage entrepreneurial efforts.

As a professional nurturing future entrepreneurs, TORYUMON serves as a gateway to entrepreneurship, promoting community building among U25 individuals. Attendees often gain substantial startup funds, transforming their entrepreneurial dreams into reality. The event attracts a diverse group of influential guests from various fields, offering unparalleled networking opportunities and insights into the startup ecosystem.

About TORYUMON


Managed by Daisuke Suzuki, TORYUMON encourages innovation and entrepreneurship among youths. A first-year commerce student at Waseda University, Suzuki has been involved in numerous business initiatives. His journey with startups began at TORYUMON 2024, leading him to join F Ventures, where he now oversees TORYUMON operations.
