The company has officially announced plans to create 5,000 new jobs over the next four years. This strategic move comes alongside the opening of a state-of-the-art contact center in Luxor, which aims to enhance its existing operations located in Cairo, particularly in the Maadi Technology Park and City Stars Business Complex.

The company reported a staggering 115% increase in its client services over the last year, now servicing 15 clients in 14 languages.
