JOY GROUP Reports Decisive Financial Results for 2025

On March 27, 2026, JOY GROUP unveiled its financial performance for the fiscal year 2025, highlighting remarkable achievements in revenue and retail sales. The group reported total sales exceeding $620 million (approximately 4.3 billion yuan), with retail sales surpassing $730 million (around 5.1 billion yuan). This translates to an impressive year-over-year growth rate of 22%, showcasing JOY GROUP's resilience and the robustness of its business model.

In further detail, JOY GROUP continued to expand its impressive portfolio of cosmetic brands across diverse categories and price segments. Notable brands include JUDYDOLL, JOOCYEE, and René Furterer, alongside up-and-coming names like Biophyto-genesis and Foltène, which round out their offerings in both decorative cosmetics and skincare products.

Growth in Decorative Cosmetics

One of the standout performers for JOY GROUP was JUDYDOLL. This brand has solidified its position as a leader in the decorative cosmetics space, achieving global retail sales exceeding $430 million (approximately 3.0 billion yuan) and experiencing an annual growth rate of over 18%. For the third consecutive year, JUDYDOLL has claimed the top sales spot among decorative cosmetics brands in China. The brand has also gained traction in omnichannel retailing, operating 118 independent stores and being present in over 30,000 sales outlets worldwide.

Similarly, the JOOCYEE brand reached a record sales figure in 2025, enhancing its revenue by more than 15%. Global sales for its lip products alone surpassed 18 million units, further fortifying JOY GROUP’s leadership in decorative cosmetics.

Impressive Growth in Hair and Skin Care

In the hair and skincare segments, René Furterer exhibited robust sales growth in China, with a revenue increase exceeding 30%. JOY GROUP also expanded its expertise in trichology through the acquisition of Foltène, an Italian brand recognized for its hair and scalp products since 1963. This strategic move not only broadens JOY GROUP's asset base but also enhances its capabilities in scientific clinically-backed product development.

Additionally, JOY GROUP has acquired Biophyto-genesis, a brand known for skin care products designed through the lens of dermatological research for 14 years. This acquisition sets a strong foundation for further growth in the skincare segment.

Global Growth Strategy

Amidst these advancements, JOY GROUP is actively pursuing a globalization strategy. In 2025, sales from international markets exceeded $87 million (around 600 million yuan). The company has broadened its presence through e-commerce and local retail initiatives, including the launch of three standalone stores in Singapore.

Furthermore, the group has made significant investments in research and development, rolling out over 600 new SKUs and securing 20 new patents. With R&D centers established in Shanghai and Milan, JOY GROUP is poised to strengthen its innovative capabilities.

Allan Liu, Chairman and CEO of JOY GROUP, commented on the company’s trajectory, stating, "In 2025, JOY continued to demonstrate steady growth. With a strong multi-brand portfolio and accelerated globalization, we are confident in our potential for sustainable long-term growth."
