This program welcomes anyone aged between 10 and 45, residing, studying, or working in Tokyo. Prior experience in para sports is not required. Those with physical disabilities, visual impairments, intellectual disabilities, or hearing impairments can also register.

Event Highlights
1. Physical Fitness Measurement & Sports Experience
Participants will undergo various fitness tests such as a 20-meter sprint, grip strength test, and throwing ability assessment. These measurements help individuals understand their physical capabilities and guide their future sports pursuits.
In the afternoon, participants will experience hands-on activities in different para sports, including Paralympic events, with the guidance of professional coaches. The list of sports to be experienced will be updated on our official website leading up to the event.
2. Adaptive Sports Equipment Workshop
In this workshop, that focuses on adaptive sports equipment like prosthetic limbs and wheelchairs, professionals will assist participants in learning how to effectively use these tools. This hands-on experience is crucial for individuals who typically do not have access to such equipment. Personal coaching is provided for various tasks such as standing, walking, and maneuvering in a wheelchair, ensuring that everyone feels comfortable and supported.

For individuals wishing to engage in sports but lacking equipment, a year-round rental service for sports wheelchairs is available.
