Scheduled to take place during the Golden Week in Japan from April 29 to May 6, 2026, this event will be hosted at the Aeon Mall Nagoya Noritake Garden. Operating hours are set from 10 AM to 5 PM daily. The event's primary objective is to raise awareness about the dangers of traffic accidents, particularly among children aged around seven, who are identified as having the highest incidence of pedestrian accidents.

The TMF’s efforts are in response to alarming statistics, which show a marked rise in child pedestrian accidents in May, coinciding with the start of a new school year.
