Kinetics Reaches New Heights with $400 Million Bond Issuance
Kinetics, an initiative by Karpowership, has announced the successful completion of a senior secured bond issuance worth $400 million, marking a significant achievement in its capital strategy and commitment to growth. This four-year bond, with a maturity date in November 2029, reflects the strong demand from both domestic and international investors spanning several regions, including the Americas, Asia, and Europe. Such interest demonstrates robust confidence in Kinetics’ operational resilience and its expanding portfolio in energy infrastructure, especially its LNG-to-Power and floating technologies.

CEO Mehmet Katmer commented on the successful issuance, stating, "This reinforces investor trust in Kinetics' long-term strategy and financial discipline. The capital raised through this bond issuance equips us with the necessary flexibility to grow responsibly while supporting the global energy transition."
