Future Inc.’s Commitment to Health
Future Inc. emphasizes health as a key pillar of its human capital, implementing a structured
health strategy management in collaboration with its primary business entity, Future Architect Inc. Since establishing the
Future Group Health Insurance Association in 2014, they have laid out the framework for employees to actively maintain and improve their health. The health support system extends to employees’ families as well, allowing free access to essential screenings, including those for five major cancers.
Moreover, through health events and consultations available to all genders, employees are continually offered chances to enhance their understanding of important health topics, including menstruation and menopause.
The Femtech Ambassador Company System
The
Femtech Ambassador Company program is dedicated to recognizing organizations that contribute to improving employee health literacy and mutual comprehension surrounding health issues influenced by gender. The Japan Femtech Association provides a certification examination (Level 3) which can be taken online for free, allowing employees to learn fundamental knowledge about gender-related health issues and Femtech through quizzes. Those who pass receive certification as
Femtech Ambassadors.
The certification levels—Gold, Silver, and Bronze—are awarded based on the proportion of certified employees relative to the total workforce. Companies can leverage these badges and certificates to showcase their commitment to women's health support and DE&I initiatives both internally and externally.
