CRS Corporation’s June 2026 Warehouse Market Report

CRS Corporation, led by President and COO Tadahide Kameyama, has officially published its June 2026 Warehouse and Logistics Real Estate Market Report. This report provides a comprehensive analysis of the rental warehouse market, focusing mainly on large-scale warehouses exceeding 3,000 tsubo in the key regions of the Kanto, Kansai, Chubu, and Kyushu areas. For smaller warehouses under 1,000 tsubo, data from properties managed by the Japan Warehouse Master Lease Association are utilized to enhance the precision of the market analysis.
