Mita Seimen's Seasonal Misoo Series Introduces Exciting New Ramen

Introducing the New Winter Ramen at Mita Seimen

As winter approaches, the popular specialty noodle shop Mita Seimen, operated by MP Kitchen Holdings Co., Ltd., located in Shibuya, Tokyo, is refreshing its seasonal offerings. Starting January 13, 2026, and lasting until March 22, 2026, Mita Seimen will introduce new ramen dishes to its well-loved Misoo series, alongside their signature dipping noodles.

A Taste of Winter Comfort

Mita Seimen’s new ramen lineup—designed to warm both body and soul during the cold season—features rich flavors that elevate the traditional miso experience. This year, the winter menu showcases a total of five delicious options: three miso dipping noodles and two new ramen varieties.

Miso Dipping Noodles

1. Miso Tsukemen - ¥1,200
- A hearty bowl of rich pork-boned broth delicately blended with slightly sweet miso and topped with an abundance of fresh vegetables. The optional garlic and ginger add a delightful twist to this classic dish, and the “atsumori” serving allows customers to savor the hot noodles until the last bite.

2. Mabushi Miso Tsukemen - ¥1,300
- Infused with the robust essence of burnt garlic, this rendition amplifies the savory depth of the miso. Each mouthful offers a satisfying experience that is perfect for the winter season, drawing you back for more with its addictively aromatic flavor.

3. Sichuan Pepper Miso Tsukemen - ¥1,300
- Elevate your taste experience with a zesty punch, combining the refreshing fragrance of Sichuan pepper with the comforting allure of miso. Not only tantalizing to the taste buds, but it also captures a delightful spiciness that invigorates each bite.

Exciting New Ramen Varieties

1. Goma-Kakoru Miso Ramen - ¥1,100 (Regular) / ¥1,280 (Large)
- A brand new offering, this ramen aims to capture the comfort of winter. With a rich, sweet miso base enhanced by a generous amount of roasted sesame, this dish provides warmth and satisfaction. The aromatic sesame transforms the taste and keeps you coming back until the last sip is gone.

2. Spicy Miso Ramen - ¥1,200 (Regular) / ¥1,380 (Large)
- Building upon the Goma-Kakoru Miso base, Mita Seimen introduces its special homemade spicy oil. The mild heat adds an extra dimension to the flavor while being approachable for those not accustomed to spice. This ramen's delightful warmth makes it an excellent choice after a night out or whenever you need a cozy meal.

Commitment to Quality and Service

Mita Seimen continues its tradition of offering flexible noodle portion sizes at no extra charge. Customers can choose from small to large portions or opt for an oversized serving for an additional ¥200 (including tax). This personalized option allows diners to match their meal to their appetite and preferences.
