The afternoon tea elevates the hotel’s commitment to seasonal produce, allowing guests to relish the lush atmosphere of Gotenyama while enjoying exceptional treats. The seasonal melons, renowned for their aromatic profiles and melt-in-your-mouth textures, take center stage during this period. The green-fleshed melon offers a refined aroma and silky texture, while the red-fleshed variant is celebrated for its refreshing fragrance and intricate mouthfeel, both featuring remarkable sweetness with sugar levels exceeding 14 degrees at the skin's edge.
