Each restaurant's head chef will express their culinary creativity by preparing unagi using their signature techniques. Enjoy the aromatic, grilled unagi served in a traditional "unaju" style and savor exquisite kaiseki cuisine. At "Ryutenmon", diners will experience Cantonese dishes that incorporate the principles of health from Hong Kong. Teppanyaki "Yebisu" offers a special course focusing entirely on unagi, with dishes prepared right before your eyes on a sizzling hot grill, allowing guests to enjoy the enticing aromas, sizzling sounds, and rising steam of their meals.
